The packaging has two options:

• Engraved Wooden Gift Box (Can be engraved with pic & wording) 20 cm x 20 cm x 11cm.
• Kraft gift box.

Personalization Note:

• The minimum image size is 800 pixels, maximum is 2880 x 1356 pixels.
• Please note that the image must be clear and higher resolution. 
• No email drafts are provided, therefore, kindly enter the text carefully.
• One-side engraving only (Chinese character allowed).
• The maximum size of the design that can be engraved on the plate is a circle with a diameter of 6.5 cm in the middle.
• All NSJ products are engraved with the NSJ logo and packed in NSJ packaging.

Personalization Guideline

• Wooden Box – One Pic & Max 150 letters (include spacing).
• Coffee Mug Tumbler – max 30 letters.
• Pen: pen body- maximum 24 letters / 17 Chinese words, pen cap : maximum 15 letters. 

If you are uploading a photo for the design, kindly refer to the guidelines below for the best engraving result (ps: All portrait photos provided are converted by software to transform it into a sketch effect so that it must be slightly different from the original image. As we do not provide a draft for preview before engraving, if you are worried about the outcome of your product, you can provide us the converted photo in sketch or cartoon version for engraving
