• Put 500g of meat and 1 bag of cure in the curing bag

• Wait for 3 days. Wash the cure.

• We use pork belly. But for any reason, you may swap with other poultry such as chicken, beef etc.

How long does it take to cure?

• To prepare it, 30 minutes is more than enough. However, it will take 7 days for curing.
