• This arrangement consist of Preserved Red roses, Gold roses together with dried & preserved fillers. Preserved flowers are seasonal & unique thus every batch may differ slightly in colour.
• Petite Size Hot Air Balloon: 38CM (W) x 50CM (H)

Note: 

• Should the exact arrangement/fillers in the image be unavailable, we will replace them with those of similar color and value without prior notice.
• We strongly recommend to ONLY collecting or getting the Hot Air balloons delivered on the actual day of your event. The balloons used for our Hot Air Balloons are designed to be crystal clear and stay that way for weeks or even months under good care and proper delivery.
• Flower Care & Maintenance: Keep Preserved flowers away from water, moisture & humidity, it is advisable to store the flowers in a cool environment.

Personalization: 

• The artwork on the balloon will be designed by our design team based on the wording and theme provided above. Drop a note in the “Design Theme on Balloon” text box above if you have a specific request. 
• Digital mock-ups will only be provided if your order is made at least 3 business days before the actual delivery date (E.g For Monday’s Delivery, orders must be placed by last Wednesday to be eligible for a Digital Mockup.)
• All mock-ups are subjected to a maximum of 2 changes. Once the design has been acknowledged, no further changes will be applicable to your design.

Delivery Area:

• Self-Pickup is available in New Industrial Road area. The full address will be sent upon order confirmation.
  
• Islandwide delivery except for Tuas Area, Airline Road, Brani Terminal Avenue, Pulau Damar Laut, Pulau Sakeng Rifle Range, Airport Cargo Road, Jurong Island, Pulau Busing, Pulau Sebarok, St John Island, Alps Avenue, Khusu Island, Pulau Tekong, Pulau Ubin
  

• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm between Monday to Saturday.
• For Sunday delivery/self-pickup orders need to be placed before 2.30 pm a day before.
• Delivery time is between 10 am – 6 pm. No specific time is allowed.
• Price stated inclusive of delivery fees.
• Should there be a need for a re-delivery, a charge of $20 will be imposed.
